1. What you are purchasing
You purchase a time-limited pass to study materials for a specific Red Seal trade (for example, 4 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months). Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends on the expiry date shown in your account.
This is digital content delivered immediately. After checkout, you can start lessons and mock exams right away.
2. General refund rule
Except where required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law, all fees are non-refundable once trade access has been granted.
Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” like a physical product, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time remaining on a pass, or failure to pass your exam.
3. When we may issue a refund
We may approve a refund, or one may be required by law, in situations such as:

Duplicate charges or billing errors.
•
Technical failure that prevented you from using purchased access and we cannot resolve it promptly.
•
Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification.
•
Other circumstances required by applicable federal, provincial, or territorial consumer protection law.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@passredsealexam.ca within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Include your account email, the trade purchased, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
We review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control.
5. Access after a refund
If a full refund is issued, your trade access for that purchase is revoked and study content for that trade locks again. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke access unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Refunds processed in Stripe trigger our systems automatically when the charge is fully refunded.
6. Promotional pricing
Promotional codes and launch discounts (such as LAUNCH30) apply at checkout only. Refund amounts, when approved, are based on the price you actually paid after discounts.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email support before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues quickly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
