1. What you are purchasing
You purchase a time-limited pass to study materials for a specific Red Seal trade (for example, 4 weeks, 3 months, or 6 months). Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends on the expiry date shown in your account.
This is digital content delivered immediately. After checkout, you can start lessons and mock exams right away.
2. All sales are final
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once trade access has been delivered.
We know choosing the right prep resource matters. Because access begins immediately and digital content cannot be returned like a physical product, we cannot provide refunds for change of mind, unused time remaining on a pass, selecting the wrong trade or access window, or exam outcomes.

3. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction — contact us promptly so we can review the account.
Email support@passredsealexam.ca with your account email, the trade purchased, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We respond to billing questions in a reasonable time and will correct verified billing mistakes.
4. Your rights under Canadian law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable federal, provincial, or territorial consumer protection law.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email support before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues quickly.
6. If a payment is reversed
If a charge is fully reversed through Stripe (for example, after a verified billing correction or as required by law), trade access linked to that purchase is revoked and study content for that trade locks again. Partial reversals do not automatically revoke access unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Payment reversals processed in Stripe trigger our systems automatically when the charge is fully refunded.
7. Promotional pricing
Promotional codes and launch discounts (such as LAUNCH30) apply at checkout only. All sales remain final at the price you pay after discounts.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
